The great strength of MANCHE MARÉE is our ability to combine our product know how with product traceability, guaranteed by systematic grading. In summary, all of our products are supplied with a label containing a gen code thus ensuring the end customer of the origins of their purchase:

  • Place of Purchase.
  • Date of purchase.
  • Name of the boat that fished the product.
  • How the fish was caught.
  • Where the fish was caught.

Our premises are completely modern. :

  • Shellfish area : Live fish tanks and dedicated packaging area for shellfish.
  • Shellfish cold room : Temperature controlled stocking area.
  • Prime product cold room : Dedicated to the receipt of goods and the storage of fish in readiness for filleting and skinning.
  • Cold storage for shipping : storage of products ready for shipping with a grouping area.
  • Ultra modern filleting chain and packing :Optimum working conditions to respect the highest standards.
  • Three shipping docks : Logical flow of products.
