Chez Manche marée le nom commun complet et scientifique de toutes les espèces y compris de la raie est présent sur nos étiquettes sanitaires et nos bons de livraisons. La photo ci-dessus représente une magnifique raie de 17kg.
- Nom commun : Raie lisse
- Nom latin : Raja brachyura
Depuis le 1er Janvier 2012, le nom latin (scientifique) des poissons, coquillages et crustacés doit être indiqué sur l’étiquette du poissonnier. Le terme «SPP» ne peut plus être utilisé car trop général. La raie « raja spp », n’est pas une espèce mais un ordre : les rajiformes.
